This is a sweet story: A talented pastry chef rises through the ranks, graduating first in her class at The French Culinary Institute before going on to work at storied establishments such as New York City’s Maxim’s, Marriott Marquis and American Park at The Battery. Then she finds herself in the limelight, with her creations featured on shows like the Discovery Channel’s The World Culinary Olympics, TLC’s Extreme Weddings and the National Pastry Team Championship broadcast on the Food Network. More accolades follow, including being a five-time finalist in the US Pastry Competition, a Silver Medalist in the 2004 World Culinary Olympics and in 2010, Chef Bugler was named one of the Top 10 Pastry Chef’s in America.
